Welcome to OTM Apprenticeships (OTMA). We deliver a wide range of apprenticeships in the travel sector. We’re focussed on both personal and career development and support employees in a wide range of job roles. Apprentices often stay with OTMA as they progress from their ‘first ever job’ through to extended careers in management.
Many of our clients also use OTMA to deliver their L&D programmes and use a combination of our trainer supported e-learning alongside a programme of bespoke workshops or virtual classrooms delivered by our expert team of trainers.

Apprenticetv is a unique online tv and video platform designed to stretch and challenge learning. Apprentices access a wide range of curated video content which extends the scope and range of thier learning beyond the basic requirements of an apprenticeship standard or qualification.
Each curated playlist is indexed, annotated and transcribed and apprentices can access related learning resource and a discussion forum right there ‘off the bat’: www.apprenticetv.co.uk

Blue Marble Education
We’ve teamed up with the Blue Marble Education and Training to provide our learners with an introduction to the debates, issues and concepts about climate change and de-carbonisation.
Blue Marble provide e-learning and expert led seminars and workshops to OTMA and these are now embedded in all of our courses.
