About Dawn
Dawn has worked in Further Education (FE) full time for almost twenty years after wanting to fulfil an ambition of becoming a full-time qualified teacher. During Dawn’s career she has worked her way up the career ladder from a Visiting Teacher role to a Head of Faculty within a few years and also implemented the first Hairdressing Apprenticeship Programme with City & Guilds for local Bermudians whilst working abroad.
Since then, Dawn has specialised in Quality Assurance and Improvement in FE for approximately 8 years. Dawn is very learner centred and uses this to drive improvement within the teams that she manages and providers that she works with.
