About Kathryn
Kathryn started her career as a Business Admin apprentice in 2014 after finishing college. After completing her apprenticeship Kathryn joined the accounts team and become an account assistant for 5 years. Although Kathryn enjoyed the Accounts, her heart was always with the administration side of things.
After 5 years of being an account assistant, Kathryn decided it was time to move back to an Administration role and joined a fostering company, not long after a job in the main office at TSS became available to which kathryn applied and got the role. Kathryn enjoyed her role at the school and had many different job roles from general admin to helping with the attendance team.
After working in the school, Kathryn realised she would love to work more closely with people and wanted to look for a mentoring role. Kathryn was offered an Onboarding and Learner Mentor Role for OTM Apprenticeships.
